Nolan began singing at the age of eight in a boys choir at Saint Paul’s K Street in Washington D.C. He's performed much classical literature as a kid for the Philadelphia Orchestra and at the Castleton Opera Festival. He first performed a cappella in his high school's barbershop group, and was excited to explore the genre more at W&M. He loved his time with the Gentlemen and felt that the close-knit group affirmed all the reasons he loves music: friendship and an appreciation for incredible art. Nolan loved performing and experiencing his college years with the Gentlemen, and also performed with the Botetourt Chamber Singers while pursuing a Music major at William & Mary.
